Pastor Solomon Adair is an educator, communicator, and mentor.

Pastor Solomon Adair has dedicated his life to positively affecting people of all ages and backgrounds.

With a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from Wichita State University and a Masters in the Arts of Teaching from Louisiana College,

Pastor Adair brings a practical, real-world perspective to his community work and to his leadership positions in Arlington, Texas.

Pastor Adair applied his education in business and in teaching to a dozen years as an educator – with five years serving in the classroom and seven in administration in both traditional and charter districts.

In 2018, Pastor Adair was honored by his alma mater, Wichita State University’s National Trio Day with the “Building Bridges Award.” The award recognized his contributions to the community through his professional accomplishments and contributions in his field.

Although Pastor Adair has officially ‘retired’ from the teaching profession, he recognizes the power of education in changing and shaping the lives of the youth in our community.  It’s for that reason that as the founding and lead pastor of Inspired To Live Church, he continues to prioritize service to the educational community by actively supporting a number of schools throughout the metroplex through mentoring students, providing professional development for educators, and being an emotional support for parents.

Inspired To Live Church has hosted free events and community activities which have directly served thousands of families within the Arlington community delivering a broad range of projects including summer camps, tutoring, back-to-school drives, Thanksgiving dinners, financial literacy classes.  In addition, Inspired To Live Church participates in Arlington ISD’s annual Back- To-School Kickoff.

Pastor Adair, currently sits on the citizens advisory committee for Arlington Tomorrow Foundation, the largest charitable nonprofit in Arlington, is the conference host for The Urban Ministry Institute’s Men’s Retreat, and in 2022 he was recognized for his leadership in the community by being honored as a recipient of the inaugural class of 40 Under 40 for Arlington.

Finally and most proudly, Pastor Adair is the husband to Elisabeth for over 18 years and father of Eden who will soon be two years old.
